if i order now, I get charged $299. anyone think I will be able to call on 10.5, the day I would be eligible for the full upgrade and get it fixed on my bill? ballsy i know. this phone has my judgement clouded.

so i was watching a video from the confrence and a guy asked if the screen is soft, or hard like the iphone and newer touch phones? anone know what the verdict is? hard screen or soft like the wing?

Well I'm sure you could return it should you not be able to get the price you want.

hmm. so if i order the phone, and sign a new two year agreement, will my two year agreement go away when i return the phone? that way i could get the full upgrade if they can't wrap their heads around giving it to me on the date (10.5.08) that I stand to be eligible right now.
