Can AC make a complaint section only ?

I'm just sick of seeing complaint after complaint threads. Can we somehow make a particular section made for just that ?. It just seems like those threads are flooding up the forum and sometimes its the same problems. Gets really annoying. I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything but it is what it is.

It does seem that way at times, but that actually wouldn't work very good. We'd essentially have to make a complaint section for every section that already exists, and it really wouldn't work.

If you think about the real use of the forum, it serves two puposes here. One, it gets news out (good or bad). So, when someone finds out that a new phone is about to be released that also lands 747's, we get to hear about it here and talk about it. The other thing that happens here is people post questions, or complaints. They are very similar. Very few people would post "I tired making a phone call today and it worked". It's just the nature of the beast. So hang in there, and try to understand why we are here.

If you have something positive to share with us, we'd love to hear it! Perhaps you can tell us how your phone saved your marriage, helped you lose 15 pounds, cure your cat of fleas, or something really cool?

Dont bother to read the thread if its about complaining... it's that simple, otherwise you are being a jerk...lol

Count yourself lucky you have a trouble-free device, but consider putting yourself in someone elses shoes.

It would be a better idea to open a universal (official) thread to keep tally of the issues (Software, hardware, plan/network), than getting "sick" of unfortunate customers that ended up with defective devices.
