Email problem please help

Okay I have my g1 setup with my aol and school email. The aol works flawlessly (sends and receives) but my school mail receives great but I cant send a damn thing with it. Either its stuck in the outbox or it says its sent but doesnt. Any help. Its an IMAP account also

this is a shot in the dark, but you may want to double check the "SMTP" section of the configuration.

it says I might have to use tls. But when I do it says "not supported but required"

Also I have another question can u download doc files from emails or no.
