LG Optimus Black Vs Samsung Google Nexus S Which one to buy?

I have to buy a phone budget 20 k am confused between LG Optimus Black and Samsung Google Nexus S.

Kindly help me to choose bet the two.

1) Any problems/issuses with these phones?
2) Hows the battery life?
3) For gaming which one is better?
4) Is 2.3 upgrade available for LG Optimus Black?
5) Is there any lag or shuttering while operating these mobiles?

Welcome to the forum. Not having experience with either phone, I looked at a comparison and the LG has a front facing camera that the Nexus doesn't, so if you're interested in video calling that should be your choice. Battery life on all android smartphones is not really that good but you should be able to get a day or two with moderate use. The upgrades usually come from manufacturer and depending on the UI, sense or something else it would be slower. The Nexus being a goolge experience phone will always get the updated faster.

I would say The Nexus S for gaming because it has a 3d graphics hardware accelerator. The only downfall for the Nexus S is that there is no memory expansion slot, so you only have 16GB of storage tops... Here check out the spec comparison and see for yourself. :) Hope this helps.

Well hopefully there is someone using these phones that can help you figure it out. I know making a decision on a new phone now days is very difficult given the amount of choices and different specifications. Good luck on your search. :)

Very hard to choose which is which for long lasting use I should say Samsung Google is better. LG Optimus has card slot and Samsung has none.In radio LG has Stereo FM radio with RDS and Samsung has none. And their are lots of different feature they have but for my opinion I will choose LG Optimus but it is up to you.

I'd go with the Nexus S. You don't have to worry about manufacturer bloatware and get a pure experience (which can help the device run a little smoother) and you get updated before any other phone with the Nexus line.
