Android emulator change skin problem

Hi guys

My boss wants me to change the default skin in android emulator.
I'm using Android SDK and AVD manager. Is there a way to do that?
I already have a Galaxy Tab addon in my installed package.

I don't have Eclipse becasue the network blocked the download. I know most people use that.
