it may have been a glitch in my phone for a second, but a few mins ago i was messing with my phone and when i slid the screen back down, the app pull out tab was still on the side of the phone (not on the bottom like usual when the screen is shut).. i opened and closed the tab and it had everything in it, worked as usual.. but when i opened and closed my screen again, the tab was in the normal position. is there a way i can make it on the side with the screen closed like it was for a second, or was that just a glitch?

ugh! i know i hit something while touching the screen. i think i was touching the screen anyways... im pretty sure it was the back arrow that i hit. and the screen was closed when this happened. i wish it were an actual setting & stayed sideways. :(

Did you have your finger on screen holding when u shut? (trying all sorts now!)

yeah the screen was closed & im pretty sure (almost almost positive) i was touching the screen when i hit the back arrow. & because the tab was on the side rather than the bottom with the screen slid closed, the opened/pulled out tab scrolled sideways (left/right). hope thats not too confusing.

yeh that is clear to me, but no luck here.. Thanks, now I'm hooked on fidlling with my phone for a week to try and hack it. jk ,its fun

but keep doing as u do , if you did it out of habit it may happen again and you could catch what you did more clearly..

:( well, after fidling with it found this, you guys may have already seen it buuttt, hold down the home key & a different menu screen comes up. pretty cool.

The app tab never actually moves, does it?. It is always in the same place (at the bottom of the screen) only the icons orientation changes when you open to reveal the keyboard. Maybe I am just not understanding this situation correctly.
