Basically by law for a petition to actually do its purpose via internet. There MUST be an email confirmation sent to the user who posted their name. This prevents fraudulent acts on the petition.
That's why an outside site is needed!

i know but i dont wanna pay for it. i want tmo to see how bad the bat is and replace it with a better and longer lasting one. thanks though.

lol. ok, i will pay for it if i have to. but if theres a legit petition and tmo agrees, then why would i pay? the topic here is that we need to create a legit petition. im saying i agree with this guy. why does everyone always go off topic? you know what, i need to make a thread thats called, "say whatever the **ck you want". im sure it would get more hits then the, "ups has begun shipping" thread.:eek:

i actually disagree with you, lol

that ups thread is crazy... don't see the purpose of announcing when you get your device and where it is, but hey, to each his own... i can understsand keeping track of others peoples shipping to see comparatively where yours stands, but still.. it'll get to you when it does

as far as the petition goes, thats pretty much how it works... t-mobile won't do jack about an unofficial petition...

but i keep on going back to it, it can happen... i got a free extended battery for my shadow after waiting 5 or 6 months for something to happen... granted i moved onto winmo 6.1 and it helped a lot by then, but still, free is free
