suggestion for an app and Google services

I credit my concept from that Avant browser, it has an autofill feature with online storage , with on click it navigates to a site , enters log-in and password. with any pc that has this browser installed i have access to log into all my other password and they are all one click away, i would like to see Google take this to the next step, having these autofills accessible in and android app and from any browser i log into with my Google account , like Docs or Calendar etc.... :confused:

can anyone help me develop this ? i have programmed before , just not for an app ?
