So I just got a txt from tmobile saying "thank you for you upgrading you tmobile account you have been charged 197.22" So she said that charge will be removed once they recieve the old phone has this happend to anyone else? :confused:

i don't know what your situation is, so its hard to give an answer...

if you're replacing your phone and they sent you one in advance, the only way that they can do this is through this process that you stated

yeah they charged me for my original phone, and when the recieve it back a return they will credit my account
