I'm wonder if anyone knows of an app that came out or heard of anything in the future that might play streaming .m3us or mp3s. I'd like to listen to some shoutcast stations.

man, i did that all day at work on my tytn. i'm missing shoutcast big time. imeem substitutes pretty nicely. but late at night, i like listening to coast to coast am from shoutcast. even on low my stereo is too loud. plus with shoutcast, they stream different shows all day. pm me if you hear of an app before i do!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think "diggin" app will support it, there is a video on youtube.

StreamFurious does exactly that ;) Higher quality streams sometime take 30 secs to get going if you're connection is slow, but once they do its seamless:)

A good friend of mine has a radio station he does called ravetrax.

I stream it all the time with streamfurious.

Works great!

We need to get Winamp to make a player for the G1.

Winamp is dead in terms of meaningful dev-work, since AOL brought it, and sacked all the staff.

Hey guys theres a new player called DroidLive that connects to SHOUTcast and lets you stream all their radios... :)

theire is a new program called droidlive that plays any and all shoutcast radio check it out droidlive.com

Yea I love droidlive but the name has been changed to xiialive. Not sure why the name change but its still one of my favorite apps.
