i wanna add a video to my g1 how do i do it? do i have to make a folder called video or videos?

Yeah once you have some in there the Video player should pick them up.

You just have to make sure it's in the right format, I had a pain with that (I had the videos properly loaded on my SD card, but they weren't showing up when I opened the video player app).

i made a playlists folder on my sd card and now should i go into the folder and make a new folder and then add the music i want in it?

Well mine isn't working either! How do u make them to the correct format? The video application is saying no videos?

I had that problem too. I just put the videos into the root folder of the sd card, and it worked.

For anyone having problems, I downloaded Videora iPod converter (don't hate, it gets the job done). Then you need to convert the videos to MPEG4, and when it gives you the option for which device it is for, select iPod 3G. This worked for me, hopefully it will work for you.

For those of you who aren't big Videora fans (personally it never worked properly for me even when I had an iPhone) you could also use:

It's worked pretty good for me and it's free. Enjoy.
