I installed the Java Developer Kit, downloaded the WINDOWS SDK .EXE file and used that to install SDK, so now I have:

I read the ReadMe.txt which just said to run SDK Manager.exe, but when I run that, it tries to download/update a big list of things (I installed them) and has a command box I can't type in!

I've read a lot of talk about "Eclipse" but have no idea what it is or how to get it (or anything) to run.
