So many applications duplicated?

It has been 10 days that we got the g1, but there are not many software that I feel good. Like the calculator, there are several in the market already, I don't think many people will use the cell phone as calculator or do some budget. But the developer had spend so much time working on this issue.

So far I feel the G1 waist me a lot of time on testing, not using it. The basic function on the phone still have a lot of problem. And we are are tester for google now.

Developers, please take a look of a good phone like Nokia or SonyErison before you post an app. You make no innovation but just copy.

Stop posting duplicated application, make a good one that works.

thats the beauty of android, no restrictions on the programs that can be posted in the market. Yes apps are duplicated, but you pick the best one, the one that works well for you. The more the better...

That's the point of the G1, the ability to pick what you want not have them tell you what you can pick like the iPhone. A lot of the apps right now are peoples first apps they've ever made and stuff so you can't really expect much, after the free 90 day period you'll see a lot of high end apps.
