Android API DIfference report download

I am developing a tool in which i need to use the "Android API diff reports". Can i download them in any format????
I think it will be tedious to automate reading the given diff reports in the developer.android.com website. Any Suggestions???

The link you gave contains only distribution of changes (in tables). Actually, i would like to have the complete diff report which is present in the developer.android site. I would like to download those diff reports in any format.
