how do I remove it?

I downloaded the hip-hop app before reading the reviews. Once I actually saw it I wasn't happy with it so I deleted the app. prior to the deletion I somehow moved the icon from the menu to my main screen. Now that the app is gone the icon is still showing on my main screen and I can't get it off. Any ideas?

Drag the icon the the tab on the bottom of the screen, the tab which you use to open up all of your Apps.

When you drag an icon to that tab, that tab will transform into a trash icon, and dropping the icon on the tab/trash icon will delete it.

i have been trying to delete this way and it is not working, trashcan and app turn red, but app is still there. i had to go to manage applications and do it there.
