Can i learn Android programming without learing Java first?

I am a programmer but with no OOPs concept and no knowledge in JAVA. Do I need to learn JAVA first to get in to Android programming?

A very good source to learn Java is to download Programming Methodology CS106A. The professor is Mehran Sahami for the Stanford Computer Science Department. The class is free and you can get it off the Stanford website
