i just called CS to know if i'm being charged for data even tho i don't have a data plan and he said that i'm simply in a 3G area and does not incur charges (we double checked). that's nice to know! any input from u guys?

What's to input? 3G is part of the voice plan, not data.

i just wanted to know if there is someone with the same situation. i'm just wondering how come i'm still able to access the market and receive emails amd browse the net?

i currently have the same perdicament (how ever u spell it ) i have the data plan coming to my phone on my next billing cycle (nov 3) and i am still able to use im+ receive emails nd junk like that ...im not able to access market or view websites thou unless im connected thru wifi

i think if any phone has the ability to go on the internet, and u do not have a data plan u will get charged per kb. so you should check up on that before u do any more web surfing on ur phone. or anything that requires internet.

that was why i called CS to make sure i did not get charged. so i'ts either it has not reflected on their system or i'm not really charged. i'll keep on checking and it may be good to let other people know.

I doubt your not being charged. Whether or not the person could access it and tell you, who knows, but if you can access websites online then I'm pretty sure you are being charged per kb.
