someone who knows some Russian forums, can tell me where I can find the ROM for the MTS 945 GLONASS (ZTE Joe, in Portugal: Vodafone 945) with Android 2.2 or higher.
This is because in Portugal the phone comes with 2.1 comes with and in Russia 2.2.

Russians are my last hope ;)

Search google with the words site:ru. There are a lot of forums about Android phones like androidforums.ru or androforum.ru, etc.

Tis good idea, same way i found Chinesse and Japenesse forums ;)
