Just wondering, should i wait to get G1 until ANDROID/GOOGLE/TMOBILE fixs all the probs or updates............. also when is white one is coming......:rolleyes:

If you can wait yea if not its not a big deal they get fixed easily through OTA's and Firmware Upgrades.

I take it this post means you dont have a g1 yet? Dont wait, Im in love with it.. Despite all of the complainers on here.. (: & The white one I was told, unfortunately, comes out near Christmas.

If you are patient enough, you can wait till Q1 of 2009 for better phones. As far as the G1 goes, im sure they will fix most of the issue by the next firmware update.

the white one is reportedly supposed to come out after thanksgiving... now granted that is not a very good estimation, but i'm assuming with that date given hopefully it'll come out before xmas

Its a matter of your situation - if you are worried about the device, you shouldnt be. I am in love with it and I am on Firmware 1.0 with no OTA updates yet and I am in love, to think that this will somehow get better is extremely impressive.

If it is cost, dont wait (unless $180 is too much) then just plan on waiting for months until you can get a cheap used one off of ebay.

If it is the color - well that is personal choice, I think the black one is "white" hot! :) Very pleased with this selection.

At this point, take your time. I just sent mine back for a black one and could care less how long it takes- at least my SK 2008 has working IM
