Screen Timeout not working

Since yesterday ive been noticing that my screen timeout will occasionally stop working; the screen will remain lit unless i actually lock the phone. This is remedied by restarting the phone, but this behavior seems to start happening again after some time.

Anybody else experience this?

Yes - Ive had that same issue. Sad to say i've tryed everything and nothing worked. So i was forced to do a Master Reset. :( And that fixed my problem.

yea happened a few times before but nothing big to worry about .

I had the same thing happen to me and I found that rebooting my device fixed it.

It just happened to me afte only like 4 days of perfect G1!! dammit! (note i was switching wallpapers, factory ones) then it happened
