Hello everyone,

I finally got my G1 last night. It's awesome so far. I did have one concern though. When I have the G1 in the "closed" position (as in, I don't have the keyboard open), whenever I touch the bottom right of the screen the screen itself gets pushed back. It's like there's some extra space there behind the screen where it should be touching the keyboard part of the phone...

Is anyone else having this issue? Is the G1 supposed to be this way or should I get the phone replaced?

The build quality of my (and apparently your, and many others') G1 isn't the "best". I know I'm gonna get nailed for saying this, but it's no iPhone nor Blackberry fit&finish wise.

Still, I love it. If my screen gets much wobblier or creakier over the next week (I've been using mine for a week now), I'm going to ask Tmo for a replacement.

I wouldn't be concerned. Everyone's it seems is a bit wobbly (mine included). Just how it's built

Alright guys, thanks for all the info. As long as it doesn't get worse I should be OK. In the meantime, I may end up doing what this guy did: http://androidcommunity.com/forums/f10/wobbly-screen-creak-and-clicking-crooked-screen-4-in-1-fix-5336/
