Unconfirmed 3g DC launch

I was at the tmobile _store_, not one of the 12 kiosks, at Fair Oaks mall on Saturday replacing my 2001 original SIM card, and was told that the DC 3g launch date was 11/18 with extensions as far west as Lessburg by 12/1. I am a G1 owner, and this was told to me, and a gentleman who had been with him for 30 minutes and put his name on the list for the next batch (pre-wallmart announcement).

Sweet, the tier 2 PDA guy @ TMobile told me DC would be getting it in mid November... I need that ASAP!!!!!

Hope this is true DC. 3G opened up in Detroit yesterday and I'm loving it, I'm sure you guys will too!

FYI, if you haven't noticed yet, or dont have a G1, my phones reporting 3g, with the speeds to match. I also got my OTA Sunday morning at like 0400. Thank you TMO
