I downloaded the video player application...why when I download a video or upload a video on my phone it won't play the video...and if it does...its only 30 seconds then it cuts off? Any help

Try turning off your phone and then turning it back on. When I downloading my movies and tried to watch it it did the samething I turned off the device and turned it back on it work fine and I have notice when I put things on my sd card to play on the video player I find myself having to turn off my device I am hopeing its just the video player
