Also: If a mod would deem it fit, please sticky it. Thank you much.

So, I was inspired by this thread (http://androidcommunity.com/forums/f7/flash-on-the-web-browser-1991/index3.html) to begin constructing a database of all of the streaming video sites that you enjoy visting on your G1.

The list so far (organized alphabetically, will add to it as submissions go on, I will also test them myself to verify that they were decent sites):

1) TinyTube.net (http://www.tinytube.net) - Seems to be a half decent site, although not too comfortable and the videos seem kind of short. Loads decent and simple to use. Mostly serves as a YouTube for cell phones.

2) Blue Apple/VuClip (http://www.blueapple.mobi) - A very quaint little site, minimal interface, relies on a single search function. Longer videos. Quality is low, videos are choppy.

How do these sites stream if not Flash (which it obviously isn't)

I don't think this forum allow links to porn.

Well, it's not linking to porn but rather video sites that feature some adult content. First and foremost, these are video sites, not porn sites.

Also, I'm not sure how they stream without a flash player, I have no working knowledge of these technical terms. I'm thinking it's something along the lines of the same way YouTube works.

they covert videos to 3gp, which is better suited for mobile. still no comparison to most flash based streaming venues though.

Anyone else got any sites they would like to contribute? I'm google searching for some right now but haven't been able to come across any yet.

Just to add to the list, I've checked 2 more that seem to work:

tinytube.net
zoovision.com

I did a google search for sites that use 3gp for video streaming. those seem to work. Anyone find more?
