i downloaded pacman then decided to delete it. it still shows up in the my download section and my memory stayed lower?? does it recover memory when you delete an app and how do you delet it from the my download section? im confused because if its not in my phone why dont i have more memory again?

Yes, you should get the (however many megabytes) it is back when you delete it. It will stay in your downloads section even after deletion though. But if you havnt gotten the space back, you can try re-installing it, reboot, then uninstall, then reboot. It might solve the problem for you.
