Battery at 2%

My battery has been at 2% for the past 35 minutes...i wonder if the battery and the meter within the phone are in sync with each other...does anyone know if there is some tool other than the phone to test the strength of the battery?

Dont charge it and let the phone die...Disregard all the warning signs, then when homeboy is completely dead, you can charge it all over again... That should caliberate it. (If that is the problem)...

Yea haha mine is at 2% right now too. Its been at 2% for about an hour now. Im waiting for it to die completely so I can hopefully calibrate the battery some what.
