ringtone help

sorry if this has been asked but my g1 finally works and i wanted to make ringtones, does ringdroid give instructions on how to use. and do i just plug phone in and store music to sd card then create im confused as to the process and steps needed? how do you access sd card from phone to delete stuff as well ? any help would be appreciated go g1!!!!

if you want to use ringroid, just copy whatever music to your phone - doesnt have to be in a "ringtones" folder

then use ringroid to crop your audio, and it will save it as a ringtone... simple.

if you have a tone you want to use, and not crop - you have to have a folder on the phone's sd card named "ringtones" and put it in there.

Does anybody know if there is a program out there yet that allows you to have texts have their own ringtone for each person? I had a program called "Ringo" on my old HTC that allowed this...

The phone itself can set separate ring tones for each contact when they call, but I haven't seen anything yet as far as making separate ring tones for each contacts' text messages. I'm sure it'll come along soon.
