Caerus 1.1.0.0 update:
- Add ability to preview map at GPS edit.
- Add ability to set update period for GPS
- Add ability radius for GPS notification
- Add full map preview, with all GPS notifications
- Use network for Geo locating
- Use A-GPS
- Delete prevention message
