Will an unlocked g1 on the at&t networks be able to recieve OTA updates?

hmmm... thats a very good question... if i were to give a solid guess, i would say no... i'm guessing t-mobile recieves the update and then sends it out through their network... i could very well be wrong, but this sounds like the most logical thing... i doubt they would give google information on a customer so they could do it, that sounds like a security issue...

so i'm gonna say no, you probably will not

No - to receive OTA updates your G1 needs to have the G1 specific data package, if the system finds that you have a different internet package than what is required it won't send it.
