I wrote a how to. I hope it's useful to other people. My old phone was one that could sync to My T-Mobile. This how-to explains what to do to get it from My T-Mobile to Google Contacts since there doesn't seem to be a tool for that yet.

It's derived from most of the worked already done by programmingasart.blogspot.com/2008/07/t-mobile-address-manager-hack.html
I changed it to fit Google's CSV format and make it a littler easier to use.
