Finger print lock?

Hi im new and i had a question is there an app for locking your phone and unlocking it with your finger being scaned and if so what is it if not is there a place to submit it in. Im thinking you scan your thumb on a green pad on the screen and then it unlocks.

There is a similar app; unfortunately it just "pretends" to scan your finger.

That isn't possible, there isn't a camera inside a touch screen. You would need to be do something like send light up to your finger from inside the screen, and then catch the light that comes back inside a camera (just like how a CD is read).
