Sorry about making a new thread but no one would answer my question in the other thread. So I'm force just to put this question in a seprate thread . Ok here's my question why is the picture Icon u add to your contracts so small? I mean come on the screen is 3.2 inches and the picture icon is a tiny little picture. I would like it to be the whole screen when someone call. Is there a setting to enlarge it? Thanks

a app for this? This is somthing small that needs to be fix . It should be updated though a update. They mys well just change the name if g1 to Gapp or appphone bc everything needs to be a app to be included in the phone.

I think your standpoint is very selfish and silly. What you are suggesting is that the G1 either makes everything exactly the way you want it or they have made it wrong.

Very apple mentality.

I like the size of my pics. So if it was done your way...I would need an app to make my pictures smaller so I could read the rest of the call information.

Either way..it is exactly the reason the G1 is amazing. Because there are apps, we can both have it the way we want it.

But your idea of how big the pics should be is no better than mine. And to suggest they are wrong if they don't do it your way and an app shouldn't be the solution...well, it's just not a very realistic outlook or expectation.

No, I think what he and many others want is choices. There should be setting for these user interface items. Allow us to choose the image size that displays, allow us to assign images to icons, etc.

It's great that 3rd party developers can create apps for all of this stuff, don't get me wrong, but there are some options missing from this phone that should be standard, maybe not this one, but there are a bunch.
