Big hands + Motorola Atrix 4G, Droid 2 or Droid X?

Hello all,

I am looking to get a new phone, since my old Nokia is literally falling apart. I was looking at the Atrix 4G, Droid 2 or Droid X as replacement, but as with nearly all smartphones my big hands get in the way. I have tried using the iPhone and Droid 1 and 2 and found that physical keyboard is better for me, but that was only a short term test. Then again switching to Verizon is possible, but I dont know if my Nokia will last that long, so the Atrix 4G is the focus right now.

So I wanted to know if anybody has any experiecne with these phones with larger than average hands. If anybody wants to know how big my hands are... well XL medical gloves are a very snug fit for me and ring size is about 16 to 16.5.

Of the phones you mentioned, the Droid X has the biggest screen at 4.3 inches. Bigger screen = Bigger onscreen buttons. Unfortunately... there is no physical keyboard on it...

I figured as much, but the rumor mill has it and the fact that costco will basically give me the phone for free that the Droid X is going the way of the Dodo. And if a Droid X2 is coming out is in the stars... Any other hardware manufacturer's I havent considered?

The only other phone with screen real estate is the EVO..dont know if sprint is an option for you or not...but if you can wait id hold out for X2 if you can.

Yeah... and you never know ... maybe the Droid X2 would have 2 cores as well? Who knows...

Thanks the input. I hope my phone will survive till then. In case it doesnt, anybody has some input in the keyboard on the Atrix 4g?
