So what does it do?

Mine won't ever load. It makes me force quit it.

I also can't do anything location based in local cause it opens locations? I don't know I'm confused.

it was doing that to me too.. like the third time i tried it and restarted the phone after install, it worked. The location portion of Locale is just for local, so it probablywont load too well on its own anyway.

ill try reinstalling it and a reboot then
