Google 1 problems

Hi i have a google 1 but certain letters on its keypad don,t work(w,s,z+1,2)have tryed replacing the keypad membrain which i was told it was 99% certain to be.I want to try the rubber key pad to see if thats the problem but can,t source one in the UK,Also since setting it back to factory setting the camera is all out of focus and has a red tinge to it.Any idears on these problems?:confused:

Hmm, sounds like its an electronic problem? Like its not probably sending the letter signals? Sure it could be a keypad problem but it could also be faulty wiring. As for the camera: Is the focus only bad with nearby objects or in general? I'm not sure about the google 1 but you should be able to adjust the focus via the menu.
