View Full Version : Maybe having a defective unit isn't so bad (Here's why).

So I got a defective unit and I'm sending it back and getting a new one. Now the problem is that Since T-mobile doesn't have any devices I might have to wait up until Nov 10th to get my new one. (That's the bad part)

(Here's the good part)

I'm not obligated for a full discount so I had to pay $344.00. but now since the phone messed up and one of the wonderful T-mobile Employees put in a new order for me for 179.99 + tax which is $233.00 I now have to pay that amount for the device. Which is a huge improvement over the $344.00 I previously owed. Thanks T-mobile :D:D:D...

This same thing happened to me however the tmobile employee I talked to told me to go down to a tmobile store on the 22nd and just buy one there.
