How to disconnect call from our application.

Hello Everyone,

Please help in as soon as possible,

I am developing an android application which needs to disconnect call in one minute,after that another call should connect automatically from numbers list.i tried to search through google but no result i found. please help me any experience guys with sample code this will be helpful to many beginners like me.............
