Calling web services using SoapObject

Hi Friends,
I am trying to call web service using Ksoap ...
In which i send byte array then after exceuting
HttpTransposrtSE.call(soapaction,enevelop)

I get byte array can not be serialized...

Please help me as i am quite new in Android
