Does this break root?

Im just wiping my phone cleaning it all up

if go to recovery, and click "Wipe data/factory"

Will that break my root?
I still want to keep root.. just delete all unnecessary apps I've installed on the phone.

I do that every once in a while and it doesn't break root.
