Notification tones messanger 911

Does anyone know of an app that will give a notificaton tone for content of a message? I have AT&T and they give text messages from messanger 911 a new number every time there is a dispatch for my fire company. After the number from AT&T it has my fire company email address "fire.ast.......com" I am looking for something that would notify from that.

Yep it definitely will.

I use it to look for keywords in SMS messages to activate various security features (locking, alarm, location tracking, all 3 together).
