Defects of any sort. Did you replace your G1?

I had to replace mine because it froze every 5-20 minutes.

I'm trying to see how many people are going through what I am. I loved my G1, defects and all, for the short time that I had it.

Must be because you're a Gator fan! Haha, just kidding, the only "problem" with mine is that there is a dead pixel. It doesn't effect the phones performance at all though so I have no issues with it.

i am considering returning the phone...i love it, completely, but the battery life sux giant android. i tested it today at a very very light usage and it would lose about 20-30% battery life in an hours time. I also let it sit for1 hr without touching it at all and it dropped 17%!

i have not turned on the 3G and the wifi is not on, the screen is as dim as possible, etc etc....it just literally sucks the battery dry. sad.

I am dreading that day with every fiber of my being. It bothers me, but not enough for me to return it. I can only notice when the entire screen is black, which isn't very often. But have you ever seen that commercial with the guy that has a stain on his shirt, and the stain is talking to the guys boss? Thats kinda what its like.. But only for a moment here and there.

i'm in the process of exchanging mine out because of the slight "tilt" of the screen... i don't care what i paid for it, it gets on my nerves and i want a new one... unfortunately i'll have to wait til nov tenth, so i'll be filing an insurance warranty claim instead

Had mine for only 3 days and the thing just died. If I power it on it will go to the G1 screen then the ANDROID screen and after that it powers off and restarts and does the same thing. Phone not dropped for nothing. Just a POS. I have sent mine back today and will not get another G1 until sometime after November 10th they said. BOOOOO! And yes the battery does SUCK!! But the phone is great!!

mine is getting replaced but it wont ger here until mid november at earliest. my keys dont stick up on the keyboard so instead of buttons i have holes with keys in them. i have to stick my fingers in the holes to type.

Mine is getting replaced. Instead of paying $344.44, I got a full discount for $233.00. That's thanks to some sweetheart who works at t-mobile that decided to flirt with me and of course I got something out of it.
