Windows Live Messenger Contacts Missing

Is anyone else missing all thier contacts from Windows Live Messenger? Am I doing something wrong here? None of my contacts show on the G1, but do show up when I log on on my PC. :confused:

Sorry for the bump...but has anyone figured a work around for this? Not being able to use Windows Live Messenger is driving me mad! :mad:

Ok, fixed the problem. I guess the contact list had a different name, I think it was "Friends" or something. Anyway...I just renamed that list on my PC's Live Messenger to "Contacts"...all my contacts now show up on my G1.

Your contacts were not really missing. It is that the synchronization of your contacts was failing as a property was introduced to the contacts associated with your account by the Microsoft servers that caused an issue for mobile clients. The issue has been fixed and you can now successfully sychronize your contacts. again.
