Pretty sure if you log into your GMail account, you can delete them all from there. They sync together, so whatever happens there, should happen on your phone.

I wish there was a way to do a remote contact delete or phone wipe... I have several sensative phone numbers in my phone and if I lost it I would feel much better if I knew that I could go online and wipe the handheld (assuming it was still on, of course)...

There really should be an option for something like this... it's not that "out there" to think that people may prefer their phones wiped to having some stranger reading all their emails and contacts...

Just a thought.

Also, what about a "private" checkbox for each contact? I had a sprint phone 7 years ago that did that... any contact marked "private" could still be dialed from the contact list, but it would not display the number unless you knew the phone's security password... Anyone know where I can suggest this as a feature/app?

that would all be pretty sweet, try in the app forum here, or emailing a developer in the market that is working on something similar.

theres a handful of successful developers on this board
