android sdk 2.1

i'm using Eclipse Helios and i have ADT 9.5 installed(on Arch linux)
and using Android sdk 1.5 , 1.6.

my problem is:
i no longer have an internet connection on the box
and want to setup Eclipse to use Android 2.1 sdk.(for Huawei Ascend)

Setup Eclipse and the SDK on a linux box on a different computer that has an internet connection, then copy it over with all the plugins and such.

Google doesn't offer an offline copy that I know of, so you have to use their plugins to download each of the sdk's.
