Can't vind apps and visiting hotmail.com

Hello,

I have a G1 android and I got some questions about it:
1) How come I can only find free apps on the market?
2) How come I can't see apps on the featurist list?
3) How come I can't find angry birds on the market? ( I saw on every forum that angry birds should be availble for androids...)
4) Is it possible to set my language on dutch?
5) Why can't I visit http://hotmail.com in my browser?

I hope anyone can help me with some of the questions above..
