Music + Location

Hi,

While walking in Amsterdam this morning listening to some music on my android I thought it would be very cool if I could listen in on what others around me are listening to.

Judging on the trend of 'the kids these days' blasting their music over crappy cellphone speakers you would think this would be popular.

Is there anything similar out there? If not feel free to run with this idea if you like it. I have no skills to create it but would love to see it made!
