I don't know how to make an app, so I made an Excel spreadsheet form that would serve the same purpose for me. I just need to be able to keep track of what I eat throughout the day until I get home and enter it on my computer. I want to upload this file to Google Docs so I can access and edit it from my Droid, but the check boxes disappear when I upload it to Google Docs: http://www.mediafire.com/file/ntprld42famp1n5/Medifast1.xlsx . Does anyone have any ideas for the best way to get a form like this on my phone?
