Android emoticons

I can't find any android emoticons. Hasn't any one made an app that'll let android users insert symbols into tweets like the iphone? I hate when iphone users brag about the feature on twitter when I know android is a greater platform wit the ability to do this! It would ba pretty good money maker for a developer.
