Same here, I'm having the same problem with my Jawbone 2.

Anyone have any ideas?

Do you guys have it on?
It's in MENU>Settings>Wireless controls>Bluetooth check box
It should show a little bluetooth icon on the status bar, when it is enabled.

MENU > Settings > Wireless controls > Bluetooth settings
should then show the device on the list.

MENU>Scan for devices will update the list

I'm having the same problem with my Jawbone 2 not pairing with my G1. And, yes, I have turned Bluetooth on and I am following the directions for Bluetooth pairing from both G1 and Jawbone 2.

guys trying pairing it with another bluetooth device. That way we can figure out if its an issue with the G1 and the Jawbone. Also if you can, see if you can pair the jawbone with another phone other then the G1.

Refer to your Bluetooth's user manual for more information, Or Check out Jawbone's Offical Support Site. Click here - LINK (http://us.jawbone.com/knowledgebase.aspx) I hope that helps. Let us know how that works out for you. :)

I was having the same issue. I eventually got it to work by turning the G1 bluetooth off then back on. Then it picked my headset up right away (make sure the headset is still in pairing mode though).

Paired my Jabra BT350 with no problems.

What I did, was set my headset to pairing mode first, then the G1.

I just tried a brand new out-of-the box Cellular Innovations (I never heard of them before either but it's what they sold at K-mart) and it didn't work. Something's going on.

I finally got it to work by turning discovery off and then turning BT off and then back on. It found the headset without even turning discovery on at that point. Those of you having troubles just try some different things. You might get lucky!

Hey, Ren857 & MrGibbage, way to go!!! My Jawbone 2 BT finally paired with the G1 after I turned off Bluetooth on the G1, then turned it back on. :D

The other thing I discovered is that it is tricky to put the Jawbone 2 into pairing mode. You really need to see the alternating flashing white and red lights to know that you are truly in discovery mode.

Now if you guys and gals could just find a way to make the Jawbone 2 stay on my ear. I have tried every combination of ear loop and earbud...and, before you ask, my ear does NOT have an unusual size or shape!

Lol, I'm not sure why so many of you had such problems getting your bluetooth to pair up, specifically the Jawbone 2. I bought it, got in my car, didn't charge the jawbone, turned bluetooth on on the G1, turned the Jawbone on, and bam, it worked perfectly from the get go. The ear clip that came on the jawbone and the in ear piece fit very well, although it is taking some getting used to because it kind of hurts. I used to have a Motorola, Samsung, and Plantronics bluetooth though and all three of them hurt at first but the more I used it the better it got, so I'm hoping this is the case with the Jawbone 2. Callers can hear me perfectly and the "Jawbone" technology is great. The main gripe I have with it though is that I can hear people loudly enough, there's just a good amount of static in the background. All in all pretty good bluetooth.

Pairing the G1 and other devices took me several tries (not impressed at all). Eventually it would pair, not finding other devices wasn't a problem as long as they were visible.
