16GB MicroSDHC !?

If you do a simple google search you can see 16GB MicroSDHC chips on the market. The question I have is are they going to work with the G1? Engadget seems to believe so, but I haven't heard from a developer or the company.

Does anyone know?

I want to order now, so I have it on the 22nd!
